PACE Design & Construction is a design-build residential remodeling firm.


Our work centers on complex residential remodeling projects that demand experience, coordination, and attention to detail. Our projects frequently involve permit-required work in DC, MD, and Northern VA, with the scope of work ranging from bathroom remodels to whole-home renovations.

As a design-build residential remodeling firm, we regularly work with qualified professionals in the following areas;

minimum qualification requirements

To be considered for onboarding and future bid opportunities, subcontractors and trade professionals must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance meeting or exceeding our minimum coverage requirements
  • Valid business license and applicable trade or professional licenses for the jurisdictions where work is performed (DC, MD, and/or VA)
  • Experience with residential remodeling and permit-driven work
  • Ability to follow plans, specifications, and project schedules
  • Commitment to jobsite safety, workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Willingness to execute a Master Subcontractor Agreement and trade-specific or professional scope of work (if approved)

    Approved subcontractors and professionals execute a subcontractor agreement and applicable scope of work.

  5. Approved Partner List
    Once onboarded, your company may be considered for future bid opportunities and project collaboration.
